Should Christians be involved in politics?

A direct answer
Christians may serve the common good in many ways, including public service, voting, advocacy, community work, and faithful prayer. No single form of involvement defines faithfulness for every person.
Political involvement should remain accountable to love of neighbour, truth, humility, peace, and a conscience before God. Believers can reach different conclusions about policies and parties without turning political agreement into a test of belonging.

Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you will have peace.
