Party loyalties and personal preferences easily cloud how intercessors lift up governing figures. When intercession becomes selective, prayers risk reflecting political allegiance rather than divine wisdom. True prayer seeks the good of every representative, regardless of caucus, background, or ideology. Asking God to grant discernment, integrity, and strength to every leader equally aligns our hearts with His impartial care. Godly intercession asks for wisdom for all who hold office, ensuring no leader is left without prayer.
