He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors him.

Reflection

Active care for the vulnerable reflects God's character in practical ways, offering tangible hope to families and individuals in need. Ask that congregations across cities and towns demonstrate genuine compassion through local outreach programs. Pray that believers find creative, enduring ways to extend practical assistance, build meaningful relationships, and honour the dignity of every person who requires aid.

Pray that the body of Christ would devotedly show God's love to those in their communities especially the vulnerable and the needy.
