Reflection

Heavy shifts, extreme weather, and unpredictable physical hazards place an enormous burden on men and women who keep essential services and industries running. Prolonged strain increases exhaustion, heightening the risk of accidents and mental fatigue. Ask God to sustain these workers with physical stamina, alert minds, and vigilant safety practices. Pray for compassionate leaders and managers who prioritize protective standards and fair rest, ensuring that every person returns home unharmed at the end of their labour.
