Reflection
Debate in elected chambers and civil society often grows heated, temptingly turning speech into a weapon instead of a tool for understanding. How leaders and citizens choose to communicate shapes the tone of community decision-making. We ask God to impart discretion to every speaker, guarding tongues against carelessness, harshness, or spite. May honest dialogue be conducted with grace, bringing clarity and healing to difficult national conversations.
Prayer
Pray that our words would be wise and gentle and that they would carry life.
