When dealing with foreign heads of state, officials must navigate complex negotiations while upholding integrity and protecting shared economic and security interests. Request God's guidance for cabinet ministers and diplomatic representatives as they communicate across borders. Ask for clear thinking, steadfast spirit, and strategic insight to ensure decisions foster peace, stability, and mutual respect in bilateral relations.
