Complex decisions in government often bring competing demands into sharp focus, where administrative choices directly shape daily lives. When policy debates become polarized, leaders risk losing either the clarity of principle or the warmth of empathy. Seeking a balance between steadfast truth and genuine kindness ensures that governance remains centred on serving every neighbour with fairness. Ask God to endow leaders with deep discernment, patience, and a humble spirit to listen carefully to those affected while pursuing solutions rooted in integrity, favour, and goodwill.
