Reflection
Pastoral leadership can often be an isolating endeavour, with leaders carrying heavy burdens for their congregations in relative solitude. When spiritual leaders build genuine relationships across denominational lines, their shared support strengthens local communities. Mutual trust and fellowship allow leaders to encourage one another, model reconciliation, and serve their municipalities with greater harmony. Intercede for local leaders to find trustworthy companions in ministry, setting aside rivalry to stand together in faith and mutual honour.
