Reflection
Political systems often promise solutions to deep human problems, tempting believers to lean entirely on legislative outcomes for ultimate peace. When elected bodies falter or policies fall short, disappointment easily sets in if expectations are misplaced. True security rests solely in the reign of Christ, whose kingdom cannot be shaken. Ask God to align hearts with His eternal perspective, grounding confidence in His enduring sovereignty while remaining faithful in civic duties.
Prayer
Pray for the Lord to remind us daily that our hope is not in governments but in Christ and His eternal Kingdom.
