Reflection
Mental health struggles often leave individuals feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and stripped of hope. Families, care workers, and local communities carry heavy burdens as they walk alongside those in deep distress. Ask God to break the isolation surrounding mental illness by providing supportive networks, compassionate healthcare providers, and understanding neighbours. May those suffering find renewed purpose, restorative care, and genuine belonging through effective support systems and loving community.
