Pray for strength to forgive others quickly and completely

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Reflection
Political debates and civic discussions frequently lead to personal offence, resentment, and lingering bitterness among leaders and citizens alike. Unforgiveness hardens hearts, creates lasting divisions, and hinders genuine cooperation. Asking God for the grace to extend immediate and unreserved pardon releases goodwill into communities and government halls. May leaders choose grace over resentment, resolving grievances swiftly and seeking reconciliation in all interactions.
Prayer
Pray for the strength to forgive others quickly and completely, following Jesus’ example and teaching in the Lord’s Prayer.
