Confusion and disarray can easily disrupt governance, weakening the steady guidance needed to serve communities well. True peace, or shalom, brings order out of confusion and establishes calm where tension threatens decision-making. Asking God for this rest restores clarity to leaders as they navigate complex responsibilities. May quiet strength prevail over conflicting motives, allowing sound judgment and goodwill to shape decisions.
