Reflection
Local nomination meetings shape the character of democratic representation long before general elections occur. When party members gather in local ridings to select candidates, their decisions determine who will eventually craft laws and serve their communities. Ask God to grant integrity, discernment, and humility to those standing for nomination, and wisdom to party members as they weigh character and competence in choosing candidates.
