Reflection

Heavy responsibilities and relentless demands often erode the resolve of those serving in decision-making roles, leading to burnout and confusion. When a clear sense of purpose dims, effective governance suffers. Ask the Lord to lift the heavy weight of fatigue, restore sound direction, and fill weary leaders with steadfast confidence. May divine grace grant fresh strength, joy, and perspective to persevere faithfully.
