Reflection
Parliamentary committees provide crucial moments where legislation is examined, refined, and weighed. Elected representatives face complex decisions during these hearings, often receiving competing views on difficult issues. When believers reach out directly to elected officials with humility, clarity, and respect, constructive dialogue becomes possible. Ask God to give citizens wisdom when communicating with representatives, and request that discussions within committee rooms remain thoughtful, gracious, and oriented toward truth.
Prayer
Pray that the church would lovingly and respectfully reach out to Members of Parliament while C-9 is still in committee, sharing truth with grace and asking God to guide their discussions and decisions.
