Reflection
Elected representatives often experience intense pressure to align strictly with party leadership, even when local community needs demand a different path. Standing up for local interests requires moral courage and an unwavering commitment to integrity. Ask God to grant decision-makers the strength to put the well-being of their communities first, placing principle above political survival. Pray that fear of political discipline gives way to a deeper desire to serve neighbourly good, ensuring that parliamentary service remains anchored in genuine care for the people who placed their trust in them.

Pray that the desire to help their constituents exceeds the fear of reprisal for not towing party lines.
