Reflection
Holding office brings constant scrutiny, relentless demands, and heavy responsibility. Over time, persistent criticism and isolation can drain even the most resilient decision-makers, leading to exhaustion and doubt. Those who serve in leadership need steadfast allies and wise companions who offer honest counsel and uplifting strength. Ask God to sustain their spirit against fatigue, shield their hearts from bitterness, and place faithful advisors alongside them who speak truth with kindness and conviction.
Prayer
Pray for God to protect them from discouragement, opposition, and weariness, and to surround them with supportive, encouraging voices.
