Reflection
Serving in demanding governance roles and daily labour places constant strain on an individual's physical stamina, mental clarity, and personal stability. When leaders experience exhaustion or resource strain, decision-making suffers and families bear heavy burdens. Requesting God's favour and sustaining grace over their health, emotional resilience, and practical needs encourages wise leadership. Intercede for renewed strength, sound minds, and sufficient provision to sustain those bearing heavy responsibility.
