Reflection
Serving in leadership frequently brings steady resistance, misunderstandings, and heavy fatigue. When constructive work meets persistent opposition, decision makers can easily become discouraged and tempted to abandon necessary projects. Perseverance in governance requires quiet endurance and faith that patient labour will ultimately bear good fruit. May elected officials and public servants receive renewed strength to press past conflict with integrity, trusting that steadfast commitment to service will bring lasting peace and constructive progress.
Prayer
Pray for the grace to persevere through opposition and discouragement, just as Isaac continued digging despite conflict, trusting that God would ultimately lead him into a place of blessing and fruitfulness.
