Pray for peace and hope for those affected by fire
Pray for Government
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.

Reflection
Fires bring swift destruction, uprooting families, threatening homes, and disrupting livelihoods within hours. Beyond the physical loss of property and landscapes, the emotional trauma and anxiety can linger long after the flames are extinguished. Intercede for God's comforting presence to surround displaced residents, first responders, and community leaders. Ask for steady courage, practical relief, and restored hope as neighbours support one another through the arduous work of recovery and rebuilding.
