Reflection
Congregations and ministry leaders stepping into the autumn season carry heavy responsibilities to serve, counsel, and encourage their local communities. When church leaders receive strength, wisdom, and stamina, their congregations can effectively care for people facing hardship, foster supportive relationships, and model integrity. Ask God to grant pastors renewed vision, spiritual vitality, and practical wisdom as programs resume. Ask also for unity within leadership teams and fresh energy for every volunteer serving their neighbours.
