Reflection
Leadership can often feel isolating, creating pressure to protect influence rather than build deep relational bonds. When Christian leaders choose genuine fellowship over competitive rivalry, their witness gains credibility and strength. Ask God to bring spiritual shepherds together across communities, fostering authentic friendships marked by mutual honour and trust. May personal agendas yield to a shared commitment to serve others, demonstrating Christlike humility in every partnership.
Prayer
Pray that pastors and ministry leaders become true friends, setting aside selfish ambition and yielding to one another in humility (James 3:17).
