When leaders prioritize personal recognition over faithful service, governance suffers and trust erodes. Positions of authority demand a heart focused on serving others rather than building a personal legacy or seeking self-advancement. Ask God to grant Mr. Fergus a quiet humility in his duties, guiding his motives away from self-interest and toward integrity, wisdom, and genuine care for the people he serves. May his decisions reflect an earnest desire to honour his responsibilities with sincerity.
