Pray for innocent civilians exploited as human shields
Pray for Government
For he will deliver the needy when he cries; the poor, who has no helper. He will have pity on the poor and needy. He will save the souls of the needy. He will redeem their soul from oppression and violence. Their blood will be precious in his sight.

Reflection
Vulnerable people caught in armed conflict suffer unimaginable hardship when used to shelter combatants. Compassion demands that innocent lives be guarded from harm, exploitation, and terror. When diplomatic actions and international decisions are weighed, leaders need wisdom to prioritize human dignity and defence of the defenceless. Ask God to extend His protection over vulnerable men, women, and children, to expose wickedness, and to grant relief and peace to all families trapped in areas of violence.

Pray for the innocent Palestinian men, women, and children who are being exploited by Hamas terrorists as disposable human shields.
