Heavy responsibilities and complex challenges can quickly exhaust those serving in decision-making roles. When human wisdom reaches its limits, persistent effort alone cannot sustain effective governance. True endurance comes when leaders anchor their expectations in divine guidance rather than leaning solely on personal capability. Relying on heavenly strength brings clarity in moments of fatigue and renews purpose when difficulties mount. Asking for this spiritual wisdom helps ensure decisions are made with patience, resilience, and unshakeable hope.

Pray that our hope would be so deeply intertwined with Him that we exchange our weakness for His strength and receive revelation from Heaven that keeps us from growing weary or giving up.
