Reflection
Effective leadership and healthy civic discourse depend heavily on inner integrity. Before seeking sweeping structural changes or asking God for intervention in broad national affairs, leaders and citizens alike must examine their own motives. When individuals invite divine scrutiny to uncover pride, self-reliance, or hidden biases, personal transformation precedes effective advocacy. Seeking a posture of humility ensures that petitions for justice and wisdom flow from hearts aligned with truth rather than self-interest.
Prayer
Pray for our hearts to be willing to be shaped, refined, and humbled before God before asking Him to act in larger matters.
