Reflection
Former members of the military often carry hidden wounds of trauma, grief, and physical suffering long after their service concludes. When these individuals return to civilian communities, the transition can be isolating without steady support and compassionate care. Believers are positioned to extend tangible comfort, active listening, and lasting hope to those who sacrificed for the country's defence. Intercede for gentle restoration, deep inner healing, and supportive relationships that anchor veterans in peace and renewed purpose.
Prayer
Pray for the church who carry the Presence of God that we would be vessels of peace to those veterans who are hurting, bringing comfort and healing to their hearts and hope for their futures.
