Reflection
Democratic systems rely upon the trust of citizens that their voice and ballot remain free from covert influence or coercion. When external forces attempt to manipulate democratic processes or intimidate community members, democratic integrity is undermined. Pray for wisdom among federal leaders, intelligence agencies, and electoral officials to detect and counter subversion. Ask God to grant leaders courage to defend national sovereignty, uphold transparency, and protect every voter so confidence in democratic institutions remains steadfast.
Prayer
Pray that interference and intimidation by foreign parties would not be trivialized by the government. Canadians need to be confident that elections are secure and fair.
