In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another.

Reflection
Demanding schedules and festive preparations frequently distract communities from the core of their faith. When busyness overwhelms daily routines, the message of divine grace can easily be crowded out by immediate pressures. Remembering the sacrificial gift of Christ reorders priorities, turning hearts toward kindness and generosity. Asking for quiet hearts enables people to demonstrate authentic goodwill toward neighbours, coworkers, and leaders who may be carrying heavy burdens during busy seasons.
Prayer
Pray that amidst the busyness of the season, we would keep our focus on the true reason for our celebration and that the gift of God’s love through Jesus would inspire and compel us to share His love with those around us.
