Reflection
Local church leadership carries spiritual weight when guiding congregations through complex cultural decisions and community care. When elders and deacon boards operate out of constant prayer, their decisions reflect godly wisdom rather than human strategy. Ask God to awaken leadership teams to their foundational calling of seeking His face. Pray that prayer becomes the first instinct of every board meeting, shaping how local leaders shepherd people, serve their communities, and discern spiritual direction.
