Reflection
When political debates focus primarily on scoring points, the real needs of communities can easily be overlooked. Elected representatives face constant pressure to divide along party lines, yet wise governance requires listening, constructive compromise, and mutual respect. Ask God to grant parliamentarians humility and courage to seek common ground. May leaders put the genuine well-being of citizens above partisan advantage, working together to address complex challenges with wisdom and integrity.
Prayer
Pray that when Parliament resumes in the fall, there will be a renewed willingness to work across partisan lines for the good of the nation.
