Reflection
Cross-border relationships shape trade, security, and shared communities on both sides of the border. When government representatives gather for high-level diplomatic talks, the tone of dialogue influences decisions that touch millions of daily lives. Seeking constructive alignment rather than adversarial posture helps foster mutual benefit and stability. Ask God to grant wisdom, patience, and mutual respect to Canadian negotiators and leaders, enabling them to build cooperative ties that serve the common good of both countries.
Prayer
Pray that the Lord would help them to approach discussions with the United States—and specifically with President Trump and his administration—not as opponents, but as partners working together for the common good of both countries.
