Reflection
Community struggles with poverty, hunger, and addiction often leave individuals feeling invisible and without hope. When faith communities step forward with practical aid, shelter, and restorative care, they bring tangible relief alongside spiritual support. Intercede for local congregations and outreach ministries to notice those in distress and respond with proactive compassion. Ask God to grant believers steadfast endurance, wisdom, and resources as they labour to break cycles of hardship and offer dignity to vulnerable neighbours.
Prayer
Pray that the body of Christ would see, then act, as the hands and feet of Jesus spending themselves on the oppressed, the hungry, and those in captivity to drugs and addictions.
