Positions of authority carry heavy responsibility, as decisions made in council chambers and parliament buildings shape daily life for millions. When decision-makers recognize that they serve under a higher moral authority, their perspective shifts toward humility and servant leadership. Seeking an awareness of divine accountability helps curb pride and self-interest. Petition God to grant representatives a profound sense of awe, prompting them to exercise power with integrity, respect, and deep care for all citizens.

Pray that the fear of the Lord would fall upon Canada’s leaders—that they would govern with reverence, humility, and accountability before God.
