Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways. For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you. Your wife will be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house; your children like olive plants, around your table. Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Yahweh.

Reflection
Heavy demands on time and energy often place severe strain on home life for those serving in government. Distance, intense pressure, and long hours can easily distance husbands, wives, and children from one another. We can ask God to protect their homes, granting couples deep unity and wisdom as they raise their children. May peace, genuine affection, and healthy communication strengthen these households so that leaders find rest, guidance, and steady encouragement within their families.
