Reflection

Political discourse often descends into harsh cynicism, tempting believers to join in constant fault-finding rather than lifting up those in authority. When criticism replaces intercession, hearts become hardened and constructive engagement yields to division. Believers carry a responsibility to display a higher standard by replacing reactionary hostility with faithful, steady prayer. Ask God to grant believers discerning hearts, guarding their speech from bitterness while remaining committed to praying for elected officials across every level of governance with grace, integrity, and humility.

Prayer

Pray that the church would stand strong against the temptations of accusation and criticism, and instead become a people who earnestly pray for our government and leaders.
