Reflection
Spiritual leadership carries heavy responsibility, requiring ongoing mutual support and honest accountability to remain grounded. When those in leadership cultivate shared habits of studying scripture and seeking God in prayer, their guidance is shaped by wisdom and humility. Asking for strong, supportive relationships among spiritual leaders helps safeguard integrity and fosters steadfast service. Pray that leaders cultivate trusted circles where truth is spoken in love and spiritual devotion is continually refreshed.
